C2P's Asian facility includes Injection Molding Machines from 50 Tons for small intricate parts to 800 Tons for larger parts such as Computer housings, Kiosk bezels, etc.

In addition to injection molding, C2P's Asian facility provides clean rooms, RO pure water production systems, a supersonic pre-treatment machine, production line auto-spray coating and ionic vacuum plating.

Quality control and attention to details makes all the difference.  From in-process inspection, AQL audits, and inspection of finished goods we maintain the tightest of quality standards. We can test  for material composition, hardness, colour match, gloss level, and adherence to environmental directives such as RoHs.  Of course, C of C’s are a normal part of our QA process.
